Mid‑level to senior associate role supporting a structured finance and securitization practice. The team handles asset‑backed securities transactions and related structured financings, including warehouse facilities and other asset‑backed financings.

The hire will work on complex, market‑facing transactions for financial institutions and investors in a collaborative, multi‑office US team. The group is open to placements in several US offices but this opening is based in New York.

4–8 years' transactional experience in structured finance/securitization or asset‑backed financings
Demonstrable experience with ABS transactions and warehouse financing
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm transaction experience
Active US bar admission or ability to be admitted
Excellent drafting, deal‑management and client‑communication skills
