Tax Advisory - Dubai

Join a growing tax advisory team in Dubai (DIFC) as it establishes a premium, integrated Tax practice across the Middle East. This is an early-stage build with institutional backing and immediate cross-sell opportunities into corporate, private client and advisory work streams.

The team is recruiting tax specialists at multiple levels — from associates to senior leadership — to advise on UAE and international tax matters, support M&A and restructuring transactions, and contribute to product-led service development across the region.

Successful candidates will work closely with regional and international colleagues, support business development and thought leadership, and play an active role in shaping service delivery, team growth and client relationships.

• Experience advising on UAE/Middle East tax regimes (e.g. corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT) and cross-border issues.
• Background from a Big Four, law firm or international advisory practice, with client-facing delivery experience.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a practice and supporting business development.
• Strong communicator; ability to work collaboratively with legal, corporate and finance teams. Tax lawyer qualification preferred but not essential.
