Tax Associate — Charlotte

Seeking a transactional tax associate to join a busy Charlotte tax practice. The role focuses on transactional tax matters across private equity, public and private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Fund formation and investment experience is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of relevant tax experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The team handles complex cross-border and domestic transactional tax issues within a broad corporate practice.

• 4–6 years transactional tax experience
• Experience with private equity transactions and public/private M&A
• Experience with joint ventures and divestitures; fund formation or investment experience a plus
• Excellent academic record and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
