Tax Associate — Dallas

Growing national tax practice seeks associates to join its Dallas team. The role focuses on transactional tax matters across private equity, fund formation, capital markets, energy taxation and real estate/REIT work.

Candidates will work on technically complex and novel tax issues, collaborating directly with deal teams and clients. The group values strong writing and research skills, creative problem solving, and interest in public speaking and client-facing opportunities.

• J.D. with bar admission or eligibility; law school class years 2019–2025
• Transactional tax experience (examples: PE/M&A, fund formation, capital markets, energy taxation, real estate/REIT matters)
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients and presenting publicly
• Top academic credentials and ability to handle complex, novel tax issues
