The role focuses on designing and implementing sophisticated estate and wealth‑transfer plans, advising on asset protection, and addressing gift and estate tax considerations for high‑net‑worth individuals and family‑owned businesses.
This position is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices, with preference for applicants in several Midwestern and Southern hubs; remote or virtual arrangements may also be considered. The role will partner closely with colleagues in the firm’s financial services and capital markets teams to deliver integrated client advice.

- Minimum of 8 years of private wealth/estate planning experience (or equivalent).
- Significant experience with trusts & estates, estate and gift tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
- Active bar license in the state of practice or a commitment to obtain admission promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated record of professional responsibility.
