Senior-junior associate opening in an international/private client tax group based in Miami. The role focuses on US cross-border income tax and estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, including expatriation, pre-immigration planning, and inbound/outbound structuring.

Approximately 2 years' US tax experience, with a focus on cross-border/private client work
LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred; excellent academic record
Solid research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission required
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a demanding workload
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and prior law firm experience preferred
