First-Year Associate, Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Miami

Top-tier Miami office seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join a busy M&A and capital markets practice. The role offers exposure to transactional matters across the deal lifecycle, including research, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participation in client communications.

• J.D. and eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar
• Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in M&A and capital markets transactions and comfort with transactional drafting and due diligence
• Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment; highly detail-oriented
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
