This role supports a broad spectrum of complex digital infrastructure matters worldwide, with a focus on data-center development, colocation and hyperscaler lease arrangements, terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization, operational agreements, and associated financing and transactional work. Associates take on substantial responsibility and leadership in a fast-paced, cutting-edge practice serving some of the most active players in the sector.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, telecom infrastructure development, or related matters. Experience in data center leasing and development or other infrastructure projects is preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in building a practice in the digital infrastructure space.
