A global law firm is seeking visiting attorneys to join its Latin America practice for a term of up to one year, working closely with lawyers across the firm's LatAm group. This is a unique opportunity for transactional lawyers from Latin American jurisdictions to gain exposure to cross-border work on an international platform.

Visiting attorneys will support a variety of practice areas within the LatAm group and work across diverse sectors. The program offers structured training, mentoring, and pro bono opportunities, along with access to the firm's global network and client base.

The group is consistently recognized by leading industry publications across a broad range of practice areas. This is a hybrid role with regular in-office presence and some flexibility for remote work.

Must be admitted to practice in Paraguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, or the Dominican Republic (other jurisdictions considered on a case-by-case basis)
Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
JD or equivalent legal qualification
Strong academic credentials
Transactional experience in home jurisdiction, preferably in corporate, M&A, or finance; other transactional backgrounds considered
Native Spanish fluency required; Portuguese proficiency desirable
Eligibility for US bar admission preferred but not required
