Tax Associate — M&A Tax

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a Tax Associate with experience in M&A tax matters. This is an open US-based role with openings in New York and Washington, D.C.

Successful candidates will have transactional tax experience working on acquisitions, dispositions and related structuring. The team handles sophisticated corporate deals for a range of clients, offering exposure to cross-border and domestic matters.

• Graduates from the Classes of 2019–2023 (or equivalent US-qualified experience)
• Prior M&A tax experience at a law firm or relevant practice group
• Strong academic record and demonstrable transactional tax drafting and analysis skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced deal teams and communicate clearly with transactional partners
