Tax Associate — Silicon Valley

Mid-level associate role in a busy transactional tax group based in Silicon Valley. The team advises on corporate mergers & acquisitions, partnership and LLC matters, private equity and fund formation, real estate and REIT structures, and tax aspects of financings and capital markets transactions.

Successful candidates will work closely with corporate deal teams, manage substantial components of transactions independently, and collaborate across practice areas. The group seeks strong writers and communicators with excellent academic credentials and demonstrated transactional tax experience.

• J.D. (Class of 2022–2023) with 3–4 years of transactional tax experience
• Experience on corporate M&A, partnership/LLC, fund formation, or real estate tax matters
• Able to work both collaboratively in teams and independently on significant deal components
• Outstanding academic record and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or prompt eligibility for admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
