Tax Associate — Tax (Mid-level, 3-5 years)

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national tax practice. The role involves advising on a mix of corporate tax matters — including work on M&A, capital markets and international transactions — for a diverse client base. Candidates may be based in several U.S. offices.

• 3-5 years of tax law experience advising on M&A, capital markets, international transactions, or a combination thereof
• Excellent problem-solving, drafting and client-relations skills; ability to handle concurrent matters
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Authorized to work in the United States
