The role involves advising on transactional tax matters across M&A, capital markets and international transactions and working on concurrent matters for sophisticated corporate clients.
Candidates may be based in any of several US offices (including Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica or Washington, DC). The team offers comprehensive benefits and a structured onboarding to firm programs.
- 3–5 years of tax experience advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and/or international tax matters
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing matters
- Excellent client‑facing skills and teamwork orientation
- High academic achievement from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
