Tax Associate — Tax

Seeking a 3rd–5th year tax associate to join a national tax practice. The role involves advising on tax issues across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and international transactions; candidates should be comfortable handling multiple, concurrent matters and delivering high-quality client service.

This is a multi-office opportunity; candidates may be based in offices across the United States. The group values initiative, strong problem‑solving skills and excellent client‑facing abilities. An LL.M. in Tax is preferred but not required.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000–$365,000 (final offer will depend on location and experience). The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement and parental leave programs.

• 3–5 years of tax experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing matters and build client relationships
• Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred
• Excellent problem‑solving, written and oral communication skills
