Tax Associate — Tax

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national tax practice handling transactional and cross-border matters. The role involves advising on tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and international transactions across a range of industries.

Teams are based across multiple U.S. offices; candidates may be located in any of the firm's U.S. locations. The group works on concurrent matters for sophisticated corporate clients and values strong technical tax drafting and client-facing skills.

• 3-5 years of tax experience at a law firm or comparable environment
• Experience advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international/cross-border tax matters
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving, drafting and client-relationship skills; ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
