Tax Associate — Tax

A national Tax group is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years' experience) to join a US-wide practice serving technology, life sciences, and growth-company clients. The role involves federal, state, and international tax work and offers collaboration across corporate teams.

Preferred experience includes mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance matters, along with work on equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing/collaboration arrangements, and cross-border tax planning.

The team is fast-paced and client-facing; candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments. The position is open in multiple US offices (including New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and San Diego).

• 4–6 years of tax practice experience (federal, state, and international tax)
• Experience with M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance matters preferred
• Experience with equity financings, licensing/technology transfers, and international tax planning
• Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
