Leading international law firm seeks a Tax Lateral Partner to join its Los Angeles tax practice. The role focuses on providing sophisticated tax advice across transactional, planning and controversy matters for corporate and private client work.

The successful candidate will join an established team, contribute to business development, and lead client engagements. This is an opportunity for an experienced tax partner to leverage and grow a portable practice while working with cross‑disciplinary deal and advisory teams.

• Established tax partner with deep experience in corporate and private client tax matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; open to candidates with a portable practice
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (California admission preferred)
• Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and business development skills
