Tax Lawyer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a qualified lawyer (m/f/d) to join our highly regarded tax practice in Berlin. In this role, you will advise national and international clients on complex tax matters, with a focus on transactional tax, tax structuring, and ongoing tax compliance.

• Advising on corporate and transactional tax issues, including M&A and private equity transactions.
• Developing tax-efficient structures for cross-border mandates.
• Supporting clients in tax proceedings and disputes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the firm.

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a strong academic record.
• Specialized knowledge and professional experience in tax law, ideally in a commercial law firm or tax consultancy.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and client focus.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong drafting skills.
