The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, managing client engagements, supervising associates, and developing business in the region. This is an opportunity to shape a practice within a well-resourced platform while handling complex, high-stakes matters.

Admitted to practice in Ohio (or eligible for admission).
Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and related litigation.
Track record of originating or substantially developing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams and budgets.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in court and administrative proceedings.
