Search for a Tax Partner to join a well-established, full‑service practice in Boston. The role will involve advising corporate and high‑net‑worth clients on federal, state and transactional tax matters and leading delivery of sophisticated tax solutions.

The firm seeks a market-facing partner to grow and manage a tax group locally, mentor associates, and collaborate with national and international tax teams. A portable practice is welcome and the role includes client development responsibilities.

Proven partner-level tax practice with substantial experience in corporate, transactional and/or high‑net‑worth tax matters.
JD with tax focus; CPA, LLM (tax) or equivalent credentials preferred where applicable.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and to lead teams on complex matters.
Strong communication and business development skills; willingness to work with cross‑border and multidisciplinary teams.
