Leading national law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Charlotte office. The role will lead and grow a commercial tax practice advising corporate and individual clients on transactional and planning matters.

The partner will take responsibility for originating business, managing client relationships, and supervising junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice or integrate an existing book of business into a collaborative tax team.

Established tax partner with demonstrable experience in corporate and transactional tax planning.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to grow a portable practice or integrate an existing book of business.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and support staff.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong professional and business development skills.
