Tax Partner — Dallas

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral Tax Partner to join its Dallas tax practice. The role involves leading client engagements, developing tax planning strategies, and advising on complex transactional and tax controversy matters for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and help grow the regional tax platform — work will include client relationship management, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers. This opening is suitable for an experienced partner with an existing portable practice who wants a prominent role in a full-service firm.

• Proven partner-level tax experience advising on corporate, transactional, and/or tax controversy matters
• Established client relationships and demonstrated ability to develop business (portable practice preferred)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams and supervising associates
• Bar admission and relevant tax credentials (JD, LL.M. in Tax or equivalent experience preferred)
