Established, national law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Energy practice in Charlotte. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated tax advice to energy sector clients, including structuring, transactional support and regulatory tax matters.

The team advises a mix of corporate and project clients across the energy value chain. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, develop business and work closely with cross‑practice colleagues on complex matters.

Proven partner-level experience in tax law, with substantial energy-sector focus
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
