Established partner-level tax practitioner with substantial experience advising on corporate and/or private client tax matters
Proven business development skills and client origination experience; portable book of business welcome
Admission to the relevant US bar and strong technical tax knowledge
Track record of supervising teams and working cross-practice on transactional matters
