We are looking for a commercially minded tax practitioner with an established practice who can contribute to business development and collaborate across practice groups. The team advises corporate and high‑net‑worth clients on complex tax planning and transactional tax issues.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Proven partner-level track record in tax law, including transactional and planning experience.
Demonstrable ability to originate or bring a portable practice; business development focus.
Strong client management and mentoring skills; comfortable working in a large, multidisciplinary firm environment.
