Established national law firm is seeking a Tax partner to join its Kansas City office. The role will sit on an experienced tax team advising middle‑market and corporate clients on a broad range of federal and state tax matters.

This is a partner-level position with expectations for senior technical contribution, client leadership and business development. The firm offers collaborative support, a platform for growing a portable tax practice, and resources to expand client relationships regionally.

Proven partner-level tax experience advising corporate, transactional or tax-controversy matters.
Active bar admission and good standing; Kansas/Missouri admission preferred or ability to obtain.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development skill preferred.
Strong leadership, client management and mentoring experience for junior tax attorneys.
