Leading international law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Orange County (Irvine) office. The role will lead and grow a tax practice group, advise a diverse client base on sophisticated tax matters, and work closely with colleagues across the firm’s national and international platform.

The firm is looking for a client-focused partner who can originate and manage relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice strategy. A portable tax practice or book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in corporate and/or transactional tax matters
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcome
Strong leadership and lawyer-management experience, including mentoring and team leadership
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
