Senior tax partner role with a major international practice seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Orlando office. The role will involve leading complex tax engagements, advising corporate and individual clients on federal, state and transactional tax matters, and supervising a small team of associates.

The team handles a broad mix of corporate and transactional tax work. The firm is looking for a commercially minded partner who can manage client relationships, contribute to practice development, and collaborate across offices on cross-border and multi-state matters.

Established partner-level tax lawyer with a strong technical background in corporate, transactional or state & local tax.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice/clients welcome.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading engagements.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Orlando office.
