Established national firm is recruiting a partner to join its Corporate and Finance team in Orlando with a focus on energy sector transactions. The role centers on leading M&A and transactional work, advising on capital markets matters, and handling project development and commercial matters across renewables and oil & gas.

The position calls for a senior transactional lawyer who will lead client engagements, work across multidisciplinary deal teams, and support business development in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice serving corporate and energy clients nationally.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and related corporate work.
Experience with capital markets transactions and broad corporate finance matters.
Substantive experience on energy projects and commercial matters (renewables and/or oil & gas).
Demonstrated client development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
