Seeking a lateral partner to join a national finance team in Orlando to lead project finance and renewable energy matters. The role will focus on structuring and executing financings for energy and infrastructure projects across the United States.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within a cross-practice energy group, advising sponsors, lenders and developers on complex transactions and coordinating closely with corporate and tax colleagues. There is an expectation to contribute to and grow an existing renewable energy practice.

Portable business and a demonstrated track record of originating and closing project finance work are welcome; the position offers responsibility for client development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
Proven origination and client-development record; portable practice preferred
Strong technical skills in structuring debt financings and negotiating loan documentation
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
