Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow a combined finance and intellectual‑property litigation practice from its Orlando office. The role blends sophisticated finance work (including leveraged and structured finance) with complex patent litigation and related IP disputes.

Ideal candidate will have a demonstrable portable practice and a track record of originating or substantially expanding client relationships. The position offers leadership responsibility on cross‑practice matters and active collaboration with national and international teams.

Partner-level experience with substantial time spent on both finance transactions (leveraged/structured finance preferred) and patent litigation or other IP disputes
Proven portable client base or demonstrated ability to originate significant work
Strong courtroom or trial experience in complex patent matters and familiarity with IP enforcement/defense strategies
Track record of managing teams, mentoring attorneys, and working on cross‑border or multi‑office matters
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify
