Tax Partner — Palo Alto (Silicon Valley)

Established national firm is seeking a senior tax partner to join its Palo Alto (Silicon Valley) office. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated tax advice to corporate and transactional clients across a range of sectors, with opportunities to lead client engagements and develop practice strategy in the region.

The appointment is ideal for a partner with a well-developed transactional and/or federal tax practice who can contribute senior-level fee generation and client relationships. The team collaborates closely with corporate and finance lawyers on cross-practice matters.

• Proven partner-level tax practice with experience advising on complex federal and transactional tax matters
• Portable client relationships and a track record of business development; a book of business will be considered in evaluating candidates
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work across practice groups in a national platform
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
