Tax Partner — Portland

Established, full-service law firm seeks a tax partner to join its Portland office. The role focuses on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex tax planning, transactional tax matters, and multijurisdictional issues.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced tax practitioner who can lead engagements, develop client relationships, and collaborate with national and international colleagues across the firm's tax and transactional practices.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business-generation ability are encouraged to apply; a collaborative, client-facing approach and comfort working on cross-office matters are important.

• Established track record in tax law with partner-level experience
• Experience advising on corporate and transactional tax matters; multistate or international tax experience a plus
