Tax Partner — Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm is seeking a senior tax partner to join its Silicon Valley office. The role will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on sophisticated tax planning, transactional tax issues and tax controversy matters.

The partner will manage and develop a team, work closely with cross-practice deal and corporate groups, and play a visible role in client relationship management. There is an expectation of business development and the opportunity to bring or grow a portable practice.

• Established partner-level background in tax law with experience on complex corporate and transactional matters.
• Demonstrated track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience supervising associates and collaborating with corporate and finance teams.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong professional references.
