Senior-junior associate role in a leading Media, Sports & Entertainment team within a major international TMT practice. The role focuses on media rights sales and wider commercial, IP and sports-related mandates, working with cross-disciplinary teams (IP, data protection, commercial, regulatory and disputes).

You will act as a day-to-day associate on media rights matters for a key sporting client, owning discrete workstreams, supporting senior lawyers across the team and collaborating with international offices. The role offers exposure to complex, commercially significant mandates and opportunities to develop sector-specific expertise.

The team encourages practical, industry-focused advice and the sophisticated use of AI tools across project lifecycles. Training and development are provided to support progression and specialisation in media and sport.

2-4 years PQE (UK-qualified or equivalent)
Strong drafting, numeracy and commercial judgment; able to translate complex legal issues into practical advice
Demonstrable interest in media, sport and entertainment sectors; client-service focused
Comfortable working across media rights, commercial and IP matters and with cross-functional teams
Enthusiastic and competent user of AI tools to improve quality and efficiency
STEM background or strong numerical/analytical aptitude desirable; experience in media rights or IP viewed favourably
