A growing trade marks team in central London is hiring a Trade Mark Attorney (2+ PQE) to manage a varied portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters. The role covers prosecution, portfolio management, clearance searches, oppositions, enforcement and related transactional work, with regular liaison with overseas associates.

This is a newly created, permanent role within a small but expanding specialist practice. You will work closely with senior fee-earners across the wider IP and commercial team and contribute to business development and practice growth.

Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 2+ PQE
Proven experience managing diverse trade mark portfolios (prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, clearance)
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Relevant legal qualification (law degree or postgraduate legal qualification)
Excellent matter-management, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Strong IT skills, comfortable with Office 365 and modern office systems
