6-month, full-time (hybrid) consultancy to join a Technology, Enterprise and Digital legal team supporting a major financial‑institutions business. The role focuses on technology and digital contracting and on delivering pragmatic legal support across business agreements and uplift programs.

Key responsibilities include advising on technology transactions, data security and privacy matters, and supporting regulatory uplift programs (including EU DORA-related work and APRA CPS230 considerations). This is a hands‑on role for an experienced lawyer who can work autonomously and integrate quickly into a busy team.

Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience in technology or digital legal work
Experience with technology transactions, data security and privacy (privacy & data protection)
Familiarity with EU DORA uplifts and APRA CPS230 standards (or equivalent regulatory experience)
Experience in or with financial services clients preferred
Ability to work autonomously, hit the ground running and adapt to business needs
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
