Senior commercial lawyer sought to lead and grow a market-facing technology practice across multiple UK offices. The role will advise on commercial technology matters, including supplier and customer contracts, software and services transactions, and technology-related commercial risk.

The post-holder will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and work with cross-office colleagues to develop business across the region. The role offers responsibility for people management, matter delivery and practice development in a collaborative, multi-office environment.

Established track record advising on commercial technology matters (commercial contracts, software/SaaS, IT outsourcing and related commercial work).
Partner-level experience leading teams and managing client relationships; strong business development capability.
Qualified solicitor or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction (England & Wales preferred) with substantial post-qualification experience.
Ability to travel and work across the listed UK offices; excellent communication and client-facing skills.
