Toxic Tort Associate — Product Liability

National law firm has multiple openings (Los Angeles, Oakland and virtual) for a Toxic Tort Associate or Senior Counsel to join a Complex Torts / Mass Tort & Product Liability group. The role will handle all phases of civil litigation on toxic tort and product-liability matters in California state and federal courts.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively with litigation teams and be expected to manage casework independently, including factual investigation, discovery, depositions and substantive motion practice. The team offers hybrid and remote options and a standard associate benefits package.

• Active California bar license
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with toxic tort, product liability or personal-injury work preferred
• Demonstrated experience conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, taking depositions and handling motion practice in California state and federal courts
• Strong writing, advocacy, organization and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work independently
