Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney — Charleston

Seeking an associate to join a regional toxic tort and environmental litigation team in Charleston, WV. The role focuses on defense-side work across state, federal, and administrative forums, including multi-site and coordinated MDL litigation.

Ideal candidates will work on all phases of litigation — case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions and trials — and will collaborate with a team that represents a diverse client base from local businesses to large corporations. • 1–7 years litigation experience, with preference for toxic tort/environmental matters
• Admission to the West Virginia Bar required
• Proven research and legal writing skills
