Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Trade & Project Finance practice. The role will sit in a cross-border finance team advising on project finance, export/trade finance and energy-related financings for corporate and institutional clients.

The team values an experienced, portable transactional practice and a partner who can originate and lead mandates while working with a large, multi-jurisdictional platform. The successful candidate will play a senior business-development and succession role within the practice.

Established partner with a proven track record in project finance, export/trade finance and energy-related financings.
Experience advising on cross-border transactions and coordinating multi-office teams.
Demonstrable origination and client-development ability; portable book of business desirable.
Comfortable in a selective, high‑standards group and able to contribute to succession planning and practice leadership.
