The role focuses on antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, with work spanning investigations, administrative reviews, and related litigation.
Responsibilities include developing the administrative record, drafting legal arguments, and representing clients in litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The role also involves counseling clients on trade policy and compliance under statutes such as Section 232, Section 301, and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
The position is open across multiple U.S. offices with preferred locations in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. The firm supports a hybrid work approach, asking attorneys to be in-office part of the week to enable collaboration and client service.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience handling antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission (private practice or government).
- Demonstrated experience building administrative records and developing legal arguments in trade remedy proceedings.
- Experience with litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and/or the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is preferred.
