Successful candidates will join a multi‑office US practice; the firm is open to placement in several major U.S. offices and to remote candidates in other locations. The team handles complex clearance analyses, multi‑jurisdictional filing and prosecution strategies, and high‑volume docket management.
- Minimum ~3 years of direct trademark experience (clearance and prosecution).
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios and complex clearance analyses.
- JD or LLM and admission to practice (barred in resident state).
- Strong legal writing, critical thinking, organization, and ability to manage a high‑volume docket; entertainment industry experience preferred.
