12-month fixed-term contract for a US-qualified immigration lawyer to join a Europe-based Consular & Document Practice team. The role supports US consular services across multiple European locations and works closely with regional offices and embassies/consulates.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on non-immigrant and immigrant visa appointments, troubleshooting complex consular issues (including refusal risks and criminal matters), liaising with US embassies and consulates, and managing allocated client matters. The role also involves supervising paralegal work, drafting client correspondence, and contributing to process and quality improvements.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to a US-bar member with business immigration experience who can work independently and across a distributed team.

Member in good standing of a US State Bar
Experience in business immigration and consular services (NIV/IV)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
Able to manage multiple matters, supervise paralegals, and work with regional stakeholders
Comfortable liaising with US embassies/consulates
Additional languages and experience in a multi-office European environment preferred
