Senior role in a nationally recognised UK immigration team. You will handle a varied, high‑impact caseload advising businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals and vulnerable clients across sponsor licence work, business immigration routes, settlement/citizenship, human rights and complex private immigration matters.

The team combines technical depth with commercial client service and is focused on growth. This role involves fee-earning leadership on complex matters, client relationship development, contribution to business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers across multiple regional offices.

Proven experience advising on a broad range of UK immigration law with particular strength in business immigration and sponsor licence/compliance work.
Track record of managing complex cases autonomously and delivering high standards of client service.
Demonstrable business development experience and ability to win and deepen client relationships.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
