Seeking an experienced US Immigration Lawyer to join a Toronto-based immigration practice focused on corporate and cross-border mobility work. The role involves advising Canadian employers and their global mobility teams on non‑immigrant and immigrant visa strategies, preparing petitions and applications, and supporting immigration program management and compliance.

You will work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment that emphasizes best practices, technology‑enabled workflows, and mentoring. Typical duties include case assessment, drafting legal documents, supervising paralegal support, client communication within SLAs, and contributing to team training and process improvement.

Member of a Canadian bar
Minimum ~2 years’ post‑qualification experience with knowledge of US immigration law
Experience managing a broad caseload in a fast‑paced corporate immigration practice
Strong client‑service, communication and teamwork skills; comfortable with immigration case management systems and online research tools
