Join our Hamburg M&A practice group as a Scientific Assistant (m/w/d) and support our lawyers in a dynamic, transaction-focused environment. Working on national and international mandates, you will gain hands-on experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and financing rounds.

This role offers flexible entry—whether during your studies, alongside your doctoral thesis, or parallel to your legal clerkship (Referendariat).

• One or two state examinations (Staatsexamen) with at least a 'vollbefriedigend' grade
• Very good English skills
• Strong interest in economic issues and challenging legal work
• Enthusiasm for using new technologies in the legal workplace
• A structured approach to legal problem-solving
