Our client, an internationally recognized law firm, is seeking 3L law students (JD 2027) to join its Fund Formation practice group as entry-level associates in San Francisco.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a deep bench of 60+ lawyers dedicated full-time to fund formation and counseling. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required.
A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
