This is a general application for judicial clerks interested in joining the firm's litigation practice. Our litigators work across multiple offices and represent clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings. We handle complex, high-profile matters across a broad range of litigation disciplines.

We recruit judicial clerks on a rolling basis. Clerks wishing to join in the fall should apply in the prior winter. This application is open to clerks who did not participate in our Summer Associate Program, as well as to those who did. Applicants must submit a resume and transcript, and indicate their preferred practice area.

The expected starting base salary for this position is $225,000 to $260,000 per year, depending on experience. Clerks who complete a one-year clerkship are treated as members of their graduating class for seniority and salary purposes. A starting bonus for judicial clerks may also be provided, and the position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
