Our Dallas office seeks a mid-level associate with 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Business and Tort Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney desiring substantial client interaction, significant responsibility, and a team-oriented approach within a growing and thriving litigation group.

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Work collaboratively with partners and associates to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality advocacy.

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
• Deposition, hearing, and trial experience preferred.
