Juris Doctor and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to be admitted)
Experience on affordable housing, public housing, or housing finance matters (transactional and regulatory exposure)
Strong drafting and negotiating skills for transactional documents and familiarity with housing subsidy programs and regulatory frameworks
Ability to work with public agencies, developers and multidisciplinary teams; client-facing experience
