- Juris Doctor and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to be admitted)
- Experience on affordable housing, public housing, or housing finance matters (transactional and regulatory exposure)
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills for transactional documents and familiarity with housing subsidy programs and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work with public agencies, developers and multidisciplinary teams; client-facing experience
